Most Organisations Don't Have a Leadership Problem. They have a silence problem.

  1. The most capable person in the room has learned to wait. To qualify their opinion. To soften the edge before they speak.
  2. Meanwhile, the loudest voice shapes the strategy. The most confident-sounding person gets the promotion.
  3. And slowly, the good people start to wonder if they are the problem. They are not.
  4. But if no one names what is happening | and if the good people do not learn to lead with both backbone and values – it becomes permanent.
  5. That is the work I do. Not building leaders from scratch. Unlocking the ones who were already there – and helping them win the right way.
